4 weeks in to the 8 week transform package and people are noticing what a positive difference this is making, not only to my appearance, but in my attitude and energy levels.

I have been wanting to get fit and back in a shape for a long time.  I knew I needed to eat better and exercise, to lift my mood but my energy levels were so low and I was struggling with motivation. Thank goodness Kristy Ellis exists.

Each training session has been so different and there are always a variety of exercises within each session so it is impossible for me to get bored. The thought and expertise that goes into planning each session is evident. On top of this all the personal trainers are really lovely, the time just flies by… well, the bit where I’m not doing Russian Twists does.
I warmly recommend anyone who feels they can’t do it alone to give this a go. It’s definitely money well spent.

Every session is different and I love it

Since starting my PT journey at Kristy Ellis last June my fitness has improved immensely and I now enjoy going to the gym - which is something I never thought I would say!! - my trainers Emma and Nicki are fantastic and, although they work me hard, they make the whole experience fun. Every session is different and I love it. I'm looking forward to pushing myself further with you guys and reaching my goals. Thank you so much.

Kristy really does care, wants you to succeed, you aren’t just a client.

I have been training with Kristy for just over 3 months now, and still I look forward to every session. I have taken advantage of both the group sessions, along with the 1:1 personal sessions. I feel this gives me the best possible results.

With the group sessions you not only meet new people, you make new friends, and this helps you to stay motivated and focused. Even outside of the group sessions, I stay in contact with others and we push / help one another. With the 1:1 sessions, I take advantage of having Kristy’s full attention and together we plan and make targets and discuss any areas I need help / advice with. She also pushes you each time that little bit further! With Kristy’s training you get the feeling that she really does care, wants you to succeed and, you aren’t just a number / client. I never thought I would have found training so fun and never thought I would look forward to the sessions! Kristy has a way of making each session different and fun, whilst subconsciously making you work harder each time. I am absolutely astonished with the results of my personal journey, if you would have told me I would have lost nearly 3 stone in just over 3 months, I would have laughed you out the door but lo and behold that is indeed the case! My whole attitude has changed for the better, and my confidence reinstated to what it once was! The best feeling of all is showing people the photos of when I started to where I am now, their reaction just adds to the motivation to continue! I really cant thank Kristy enough!

I have seen my strength, endurance and health all improve.

It's been great training with Kristy and her team. I have seen my strength, endurance and health all improve. The trainers are all enthusiastic, encouraging and really supportive in all the sessions, especially when we have been training in the humidity of the past few months. For me, PT really works as it makes me leave the office. Thank you ladies.

The unexpected feeling of being healthier and stronger day by day has been the greatest outcome

From my first email to Kristy enquiring about the sessions to my latest 1:1 session with Emma on Saturday morning, the experience from the team has been one of welcome and encouragement.

In July I chose to commit each week to one 1:1 session and 2 groups sessions, a significant commitment both financially and with my time. However, the impact of this has been fabulous. Week by week I have seen physical changes, dropping 3 dress sizes but the unexpected feeling of being healthier and stronger day by day has been the greatest outcome.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the group sessions with each of the personal trainers, who go out of their way to be inclusive, energising and fun. The small groups provide a safe environment for even the least fit member to feel challenged at their level. However, my 1:1 sessions with Emma have been the foundation of my success. Knowing that you have the undivided attention and encouragement of a professional who will tailor the exercises to your personal ability and need is amazing.

Sometimes it's not about what the scales say but how you feel in yourself.

Before joining the group sessions I hadn't stepped foot in a gym and was rather intimidated by any type of exercise in case I wasn't able to do it as well as others. In the past month, I have noticed my fitness improve and I now consciously make healthier decisions when it comes to food. I also find myself looking forward to the sessions and make the effort to exercise in my spare time. Sometimes it's not about what the scales say but how you feel in yourself and I'm looking forward to working towards a new stronger me as the months go on.

I already have more energy and I also need to make extra notches in my belt - very satisfying!

I got in touch with Kristy as I was really struggling to motivate myself into making changes to my lifestyle. I knew I wanted to get back into regular exercise and make positive changes to my diet; my training sessions with Kristy have really helped me do just that. Although the sessions are tough, I really enjoy learning new exercises and working hard, and I love the feeling you get once you have completed an hour of intense training. Whilst I still have more to do to achieve my ultimate goals I feel that I have really made progress with Kristy's help and support. I already have more energy and I also need to make extra notches in my belt - very satisfying!

I have achieved much more than I ever imagined.

Before joining Kristy to train, I had no regular exercise routine and whilst I have two small children and a busy lifestyle, deep down I knew I was just lazy and making excuses. I had lost some weight by changing my diet but needed more direction and definitely an increase in activity.

Personal training with Kristy looked like the best solution for me as it offered specific training plans as well as nutritional guidance. Initially I was worried that I wasn’t physically able to do the sessions and almost didn’t join!

After only 4 weeks with Kristy, I feel completely different. It’s amazing! I have achieved much more than I ever imagined. My sleep patterns are better, I am almost caffeine free and am embracing a much more varied and healthy diet. Kristy has even motivated me to train at home!

I can’t wait to get to my training sessions. They give me a great physical workout but also some much-needed head space to focus on myself. I feel amazing when I leave and motivated to continue with all the lifestyle changes I’ve made.

I have enjoyed every session (even as they get harder) and love the variety of challenges Kristy gives me. She is friendly, supportive and makes training fun. Kristy has a subtle way of getting you to strive for that bit extra without pressurising or pushing you too far. The sense of achievement is fantastic.

The key is to make better decisions each day on what I eat.

I always say I can't diet as it makes me miserable but what I have learnt in this process is that for me the key is to make better decisions each day on what I eat, plan ahead and have a target in mind. That plus the exercise sessions is my approach to get back my shape after giving birth to my beautiful baby.

Since starting with Kristy and the team, I haven’t looked back.

The idea of doing group personal training sessions was a daunting prospect, as I was injured and relatively unfit and feared I would be the ‘weakest link’.  However, I was desperate to do something and decided to give it a go.

Since starting with Kristy and the team, I haven’t looked back -  they made me really welcome in the group, allowed me to go at my own pace and have been incredibly supportive in working round my injury and helping me to adapt exercises to what I can do.  You’re only really competing against yourself in these sessions so the pressure is down to whatever you want to put yourself under. Under the team’s careful guidance, I’ve made visible progress in my strength and flexibility, I’ve increased the weights and intensity of my sessions and most importantly of all, have regained my mojo and confidence in exercising. This in turn has allowed me to return to the sport I love and enjoy the benefits of a stronger, fitter and more flexible body in everyday life. I’ve still got a long way to go to my goal, but I’m having a great time getting there and thoroughly recommend this form of exercise and the Kristy Ellis team to help anyone get there!

I will recommend Kristy Ellis personal training to any new mum's out there.  I can bring my 6 month baby girl with me for my training sessions.  I started 6 weeks ago and I can see a massive difference.  the meal plan is also very good and easy to make for us busy mums.

I feel so much better in myself mentally and physically.

My main reason for beginning personal training was to help prepare me for the London Marathon and get my core strength up since my abdominal surgery. But it has been so much more than that. I look forward to coming to training. Emma and Nicki motivate and work us really hard but we still have a laugh. I have made some really lovely friends and each session is different. I feel so much better in myself mentally and physically as I can see my body changing through this journey.

Kristy and her team have been amazing trainers & motivators. They have tailor made my fitness program bearing in mind my goals and ability and I must say that it has been a fantastic experience so far!

It was good training with Kristy Ellis and her ladies, but it was not how I expected it to be at all.  I expected to be berated for not taking an Instagram of my food and for not doing exercise most days. But it was simply not like that!
Firstly, there was this respect and understanding that every day I may not be able to put myself first to work towards my goals. It didn’t make me a bad person, just a normal one! The trainers were real people who recognised people that wanted to achieve goals but within reason of a busy life.
The team work you hard and I have felt the benefits, but it’s done in a friendly and warm manner and I would recommend anyone to Kristy and her team because it’s made all about you!

I never knew what fun boxing could be!

I have really enjoyed my sessions with Nicki; there are so many ways to exercise that I never knew about.  Also, before I joined, working on my own, I injured my knee because I was doing something incorrectly. Now I know the correct way!  I find myself really encouraged to work a bit at home just because I have another session coming up.  I did 3 ½ hours of gardening yesterday, which proved to me that I am already stronger.  And, I never knew what fun boxing could be!

Kristy has been brilliant at adapting the sessions for me.

My sessions with Kristy have really helped me focus on getting back my strength and fitness.  I have had a few health setbacks since starting but I have still managed to get to my sessions and Kristy has been brilliant at adapting the sessions for me and has been so encouraging.  I now recognise that I am stronger, more flexible and can move more easily.  I feel more motivated now and determined to reach my goals.
