Summer Programme

Would you like to get back into fitness post lockdown?

Do you need some help shifting lockdown weight?

Do you want to get in shape ready for the summer?

Our Summer Programme is an 8 week programme which will help you to feel fitter, healthier and in shape for the summer. It is designed for any ability and age and will help you to get back into fitness post lockdown. 

There is a maximum of 5 people per group so you will receive a lot of personalised help and support. We will teach you how to exercise effectively using the correct technique. You will also receive nutrition help and support and we set goals to keep you focused and motivated.

At Kristy Ellis Personal Training we are adhering to UK Government regulations regarding Covid-19 and doing everything we can to reduce the risk of virus transmission at our studio. Our studio is large enough to maintain social distancing and no equipment will be shared during the session. 

The sessions are 50 minutes long and will be at the following times:

Monday at 7pm
Tuesday at 9:30am
Wednesday at 7:30pm
Thursday at 9:30am
Saturday at 8:30am
Sunday at 9am

The prices of the 8-week programme are:

1 session a week - £120
2 sessions a week - £224
3 sessions a week - £312
