Meet the Nottingham Team

All the trainers at Kristy Ellis Personal Training are passionate about helping more people to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Kristy herself now trains clients at our studio in Chelmsford so has left the Nottingham studio in the very capable hands of the following people:

Natalie

I joined Kristy Ellis Personal Training in October 2015 after qualifying as a personal trainer. In February 2016 I became the manager of the Nottingham studio. I hold fitness industry certifications in gym-based boxing, sports nutrition and studio cycling.

From childhood through to adulthood, I have had a passion for exercise. I enjoy team sports, running half marathons, rowing, skiing and playing golf......anything goes!

I understand the barriers to exercise, having experienced sporting injuries and also being a mother of 3. With a deep passion and commitment, I want to help you use exercise to transform your life and make you stronger, both mentally and physically.

Gemma

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2012 after working within the sport and fitness industry for over 10 years. I completed a BSc (hons) degree in Sports Development and Coaching at Sheffield Hallam University.

I love adventurous activities and regularly take part in mud runs and obstacle course races. My training sessions are always challenging and motivating, and help my clients stay committed to achieving their goals.

Hetti

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2013, specialising in helping clients with weight lifting, fat loss, hypertrophy and strength. I have completed in some weight lifting competitions and also trained to be a boxing coach.

I love the fact that fitness is so diverse - there are so many things you can do. I am very passionate about what I do and it's important that I get my clients to where they want to be, not just physically but mentally. I want my clients to achieve their goals and become educated on why and how it's worked, and why there is no quick fix.

After battling years of an eating disorder, I have learned through trial and error what needs to be done to achieve the best body and still maintain a good social life. Everyone is different, and we all have our weaknesses but it is all about creating the right mindset in achieving what you want. I will do my absolute best to get you where you want to be. If you believe you can, you are halfway there.

Kelly

I have been in the fitness industry since 2004. I specialise in interval/HIIT training and have a lot of passion for helping people gain confidence and reach their goals. I love my job; helping people get fit, healthy and confident makes me happy!

Having two small children myself and a busy lifestyle I know just how hard it is to find time for yourself. I gain weight very easily so I know the battle is real! Training myself and maintaining a healthy diet are very important to me. I have tried every diet there is out there. Fad diets just don't work! As long as we are exercising, keeping strong and healthy, and being confident in ourselves then we are on our way.
